About Shirley

My name is Ying Shiuan Lin, also known as Shirley, and I was born in Indonesia. I recently graduated from the Academy of Art University with a Bachelor's of Fine Art degree majoring in Animation and Visual Effects with an emphasis on 3D Animation.

Since my childhood, I have always loved playing video games and tinkering with my computer. I've developed a variety of computer skills and I've really enjoyed animation as it allowed me to create projects that touch other people's hearts.

It was not easy for me to pursue my artistic career as I needed to prove to my parents that I want to do art for a living since I am the only one in my family who is in the art field.

I envision animation not only as a form of entertainment but also as a platform for people to learn and to create awareness. I want people to feel related and feel genuine emotions.
